what went down at Robyn lynch aw24

Robyn Lynch’s AW24 show was an ensemble of wholesome link-ups and great vibes.

With support from CP Company and Irish dance costume designer John Carey, the collection manifested as a tasteful blend of upcycled outerwear from the iconic Italian apparel brand now synonymous with football fans, flamboyant dance costumes worn during the Gaelic festival Fèis, and the Dublin-born menswear-designer’s contemporary designs.

Following a notable departure from last year’s green emphasis, the collection captivated with a rich display of blues. The collection also saw Lynch’s first official shoe collaboration. Coming off the back of their support of Robyn Lynch’s AW23 show (which in turn was inspired by her father’s love of the brand) GEOX collabed with Lynch on a design based on an archival style from 2005, reimagined with accents of this year’s electric blue seen in her knits and garments.

The experience was pulled together by a beautiful soundscape designed by producer DJ and long-time friend of Lynch, Soltura of Brief Encounters, sampling Lisa O’Neill’s ‘Old Note’. Guests included designers, fashionistas, and plenty of familiar faces in music from Ireland to London, like Rejjie Snow, Monjola, Grian Chatten, Bugsey, Jeshi, and DDouble E.

The collection will be available this Autumn.
